Table tennis has been part of the line up for the Paralympics a lot longer than it has in the Olympics, having been a permanent fixture since 1960.

There are singles and team events split into male and female and then into ten classifications, five for wheelchair athletes and five for standing athletes.

The games begin after the Olympics and will run from September 6th until September 17th and we will bring you all of the latest news and updates when they are available.
